These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. By ordering products, you agree to the following conditions.
We sell software licenses for a travel portal script (Redline Reisen). After successful payment, you will receive the source code for download.
All prices are in euros and include the statutory value added tax. Delivery is made digitally by download after receipt of payment.
Payment is made via Stripe. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are accepted.
For digital products (software licenses) that can be downloaded immediately, the right of withdrawal expires after download. The start of the download is deemed consent to the beginning of the service.
The license entitles you to use the script for a single website/domain. Further use requires an additional license. Reseller licenses allow resale to end customers.
For software products, we offer no warranty for compatibility with all third-party systems. Liability for direct or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
All copyrights to this product remain with the developer. The resale or distribution of backup copies of the script without a valid license is prohibited.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider.
